Preventative Maintenance Program

We stay ahead of potential issues by addressing early signs of wear before they become costly repairs.
Each quarter, we complete a detailed checklist that includes HVAC filter cleaning, testing smoke and CO detectors, flushing drains, lubricating hardware, and other preventative tasks. We also coordinate trusted vendors, manage open items, and ensure every aspect of your home is maintained with care and attention.
Our program follows high-end home standards and aligns with insurance requirements from carriers such as Chubb and AIG, ensuring your property remains compliant, protected, and in exceptional condition.
Home Oversight Program
This program includes everything in the Preventative Maintenance Program plus full home oversight to keep your property secure, cared for, and ready at all times.
We take care of mail and packages, vehicle checks and service coordination, trash day management, and light cleaning such as flushing toilets to prevent stains. We also perform interior and exterior check-ins and prepare your home before your return so it always feels perfectly maintained.
